Experience
Dr. Kate Grossman served as Medical Director for About.com from 2006-2011, establishing About.com's medical review board and serving as the in-house medical consultant for About.com Health and its properties. Prior to her work at About.com, Dr. Grossman worked as a staff physician at Columbia University Medical Center’s Student Health Service.
Education
Dr. Grossman graduated with distinction from Stanford University with a degree in human biology, and received her medical degree from Harvard Medical School. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Columbia University Medical Center and is pursuing further training in psychiatry.
